By reading it you figure out EXACTLY what you still don't understand and are able to focus your studying without forgetting important IB concepts. I wouldn't recommend it if you want to practice questions/understand concepts thoroughly. For the theory part, it is concise and well sketched, as a study guide should be , but it's TOO cramped up and takes the 'guide' thing too literally. It’s just about okay.
